This study through the literature material method, interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics to Changchun City highschool volleyball movement to carry out the current situation and influencing factorsare studied, status mainly reflects the problems in the research of it or not, factorsaffecting mainly the problems which is more important. Results:(1) Situationfollowing question: Courses, class: The creation of small school volleyball programs,too few hours; extracurricular activities: the low proportion of students to participatein volleyball, high school students to participate in organized activities are mainly involleyball there are special volleyball school teachers, meanwhile, the volleyballcourses did not be offered, volleyball lesson of high school students is low; volleyballteam building and competition: The majority of high school volleyball team is not setup, and many games have also focused on the school volleyball team on; the situationof teachers: education, age requirements in line with the teaching of high academicrequirements has also been a trend, especially volleyball special teacher, male, femaleimbalance is a reality of the situation, the need to improve the number of womenvolleyball teachers. Venue Facilities: In the space is insufficient, volleyball quantityalso extremely scarce, but also caused a lot of problems; leadership attitude: Theemphasis on leadership Volleyball enough.(2) factors: the current factors Changchun City High School volleyballundertaken include: teacher factors, environmental factors, student factors, as well ascourses leading factor factor. Conclusion: Changchun City High School volleyballdevelopment situation is not optimistic, the main factors which affect the conduct ofteachers factors, environmental factors, and students three main factors influencingfactors, and according to which the main factors made three specific strategies:1)High School-Under the collaboration, joint training college volleyball professionalteachers;2) interaction patterns between high school volleyball conducted;3) highschool students interested in participating in volleyball training stage.
