Analysis On The Present Situation And Influence Factors Of Female Volleyball Reserve Talents In Qiqihar City

The sustainable development of Chinese Woman Volleyball greatly depends on the training scale and quality of reserve talents. Considering the current demand of Chinese Woman Volleyball sustainable development and the inevitable demand of World Woman Volleyball developing rules, to make a survey of the developing status of volleyball reserve talents in different regions will promote the overall level of Chinese Woman Volleyball. For a long time,Qiqihar—Volleyball Talents Base has gained rich experience and formulated an effective program on training teenager reserve talents. There are a large number of excellent volleyball athletes come from this place. In the context of the worldwide increasing competition and the natural turnover of old for young at an accelerating tempo, it is vital importance and urgent necessity of studying the developing status of Chinese Woman Volleyball reserve talents and researching the basic rules and strategy of training athletes. In the form of questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, documents and mathematical statistics,we study the different aspects of selecting, training, contesting, academic level and management of reserve talents in Qiqihar, analyse the influence factors of reserve talents training and conclude that, The characteristics and influencing factors of the cultivation of the reserve talents in Qiqihar City.(1) The reserve talents of Qiqihar Woman Volleyball have the features that systematic and stable echelon, Participate in the game more, higher level. (2) The reserve talents of Qiqihar Woman Volleyball Most of athletes go to woman volleyball team of universities. The enlightenment training of reserve talents of Qiqihar Woman Volleyball is very early. They played for a very long time and have professional basic skill. The reserve talents in senior high school stage are high grade athletes, but the reserve talents in primary school and junior high school are low grade athletes, and most of them have no grading certificate. (3) There exists a problem that the teenager players are unable to arrange their study time. They can' t develop good learning habits since childhood and their academic performance is not well. Their parents attached importance to the academic works, but have little effort to promote their academic records. (4) Coaches can take different ways to coach women volleyball players of different ages, in recent years reserve personnel training target presented to high-level athletes and training of college sports university students trend.Influence Factors of the women volleyball reserve personnel training include: (1)Coaches before the game to prepare before the meeting spot and observe and analyze the layout of reserve personnel training played an important role; women's volleyball coaches in various ways encourage athletes to continuously improve the technical and tactical form encourage each other, compete with each other in a virtuous cycle mechanism.
