The new round of elementary education curriculum reforms was carried out under the background of the severe competition of science, the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, and the fiercer of the international competition. Actually, back to the2011, the National Ministry of Education has come up with the thought of elementary education curriculum reforms, it was based on the significant thought of Deng Xiaoping’s "education must face the modernization, face the world, face the future", and Jiang Zemin’s "three represents "theory, hope to promote the quality-oriented education comprehensively, and improve national quality. Since then, the new round of elementary education curriculum has been implemented throughout the whole country, and has made huge success, promoted Chinese education reforms thoroughly. However, the new curriculum reform used the successful example of developed area for reference and spread as well, for the countryside secondary schools as the Shenqiu No.1high school I worked at, most of them are remote, the information spread slow and can’t be completed accepted there, besides, the disadvantage of teacher resources and teaching facilities, the new curriculum reform bring the country not only opportunities but also challenges. According to the research of the ministry of education curriculum evaluation, the process of curriculum reform in the country is slow and don’t look good.This paper will focus on the new curriculum reform of Shenqiu No.1high school and other underdeveloped area, use the educational theories such as constructivism theory, cooperative teaching theory, and the post-modern perspective on curriculum theory, apply the methods of investigation, practice, conclusion, literal material, interview and so on. Analyzing the new curriculum reform conditions of the country through schools, teachers and students. The result of the study is that the actions can’t live up to the need, do their jobs just in case being punished by their superior, focus on the form instead of the essence, and the staffs don’t get themselves prepared. Then classify and analyze their reasons, including the limitation of the local economy, the educational institute, teachers and students have no clear understanding of curriculum reform, the difficulty of changing their thought, the effect of the college entrence examination system. Finally, combine the reality of country high schools and my three years experiences as a high school teacher, putting forward of the "grasp the essence of the curriculum reform, open the way with country characteristics" solution, and come up with the specific practical solutions for the schools, teachers and students, aiming to set an practical example for the country high school as the Shenqiu No.1high school of Henan province, and offer a reference for the schools of other areas about how to solve the familiar problems.
