It is the basic premise to guarantee the quality of physical education and the students’physical and mental health to design and compile the class plan of physical education and health course scientifically and reasonably.Since the implementation of the new curriculum standard of our country,the majority of outstanding PE teachers in primary and middle schools to make reform and innovation actively in physical education and health curriculum teaching plan,especially in the form of sports teaching plan,make teaching plans written form showing a variety of situation,to actively promote the development of sports and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China.But at the same time also exposed a series of problems,contrary to the new curriculum standards for teaching plan writing requirements,also affected the writing teaching plan of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China,the accuracy of standard and innovative.Therefore,in this paper,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,with case analysis as the breakthrough point,using literature method,comparison analysis method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other methods,to our country present stage form of sports and health course lesson plan for research and analysis,the key under the new curriculum reform tabular lesson plan "interactive" teaching writing characteristics of the main elements analysis,research and discussion,explore its advantages and problems of design and writing.The results showed that:1,The new curriculum standard from the nature of PE and health course,the concept and connotation of pay more attention to students’ health education and education for all-around development,is the theoretical basis for lesson plans to write.2,The present stage our country elementary and middle schools form the format of the lesson plan design is based on "mutual" lesson plans,writing in the teaching process,especially on the part of basic writing has the characteristics of diversity,and there are many key elements in the name of express way.3,In the basic content of some major elements also have the characteristics of diversity on writing.(1)On the writing of the teaching content elements there are two major types of writing,a kind of is the action name according to the teaching content,the other is in accordance with the teaching of the teaching content teaching method classification,according to the teaching content of some of the large number of action name classification type.(2)In the teachers’ activity on the elements of writing there are three main types of writing,according to the specific teaching content teaching method classification,according to a simple teaching methods listed are classified,according to the teaching organization form and classified three types,which according to the specific teaching content teaching method classification type most;(3)In the writing of the student activity elements there are two major types of writing,classified according to the way of learning practice,specific practice means to classify learning by teaching content,including the study way to classify types of the large number of practice;(4)On the organization and the writing of the required elements there are two main types,classified according to the organization form of graphic and as shown on the exercises are classified according to the requirement of the method,and a few elements without the column,which according to the organization form of graphic and classifying practice action according to the requirement of the method type the number of some more.
