Since the20th century, the rapid development of science and technology has made the governments of China and foreign countries to see the important role of creativity in the national social development, and nowadays, creativity has already been considered an important part of the comprehensive national strength. Since1980s, many developed countries such as UK and USA have started their study and pedagogical practices in the field of fostering the creativity of Adolescents in order to ensure a steady development of the national capacity of innovation, science and technology, and economy. At the beginning of this decade, our country has also listed the youth’s creativity training into the national medium and long-term development goals. For the youngster themselves, individual’s creativity can directly affect their academic performance, even can make a big influence on their social adaption and working capacity in their future life. Some studies have shown that Chinese Adolescents’creativity has a rapid development in recent years, but there still has a lot of problems. Thus, there still needs pedagogy and psychology researchers make a lot of efforts in improving the way of fostering young people’s creativity.In recent years, the popularity of the network and the rise of online education has brought great convenience to our life and also make huge changes in our way of accessing to knowledge and in our recognize habit, especially among young people. At the same time, the support of new software in the field of technology, design and science research also make collecting information, exchanging ideas and accomplishing our thought and design increasingly easy. This technology environment is better than ever before in promoting creativity training and education.According to the basic theory of creativity, the research summarized and analyzed the existing relatively mature study and pedagogical practices at home and abroad, and put forward the problems in China’s creativity fostering education. Then, we propose a more comprehensive teaching model for creativity fostering as a solution of these problems, At the last, in the line of the new creativity fostering pedagogical model, we carried out the design and implementation of teaching support platform for creativity fostering.
