The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The College-Graduates Village Officials’ Ideological And Political Education

Hiring college graduates to serve the village is a wonderful strategy which is to cultivate successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, it is a strategic choice to promote the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese soundly and rapidly, it is also an inevitable choice of building the new socialist countryside. With the implementation of the plan of college-graduate Village Official, their thoughts are becoming more and more complex. There has been a series of problems. For example, impure motives Jack of awareness of their own, low psychological qualities, etc. To help college-graduate village official deal with these problems, ideological and political education is the inevitable choice.Strengthening the ideological and political education of college-graduate village official is benefit to promote the comprehensive development of themselves, help strengthen the grassroots organizations’team building,while also conducive to the building China’s socialist new countryside. Ideological and political education for college-graduate village official has a profound importance on the basis of following the principle of direction, realistic,level and incentive.Based on the interviews with college-graduate village official in Wuhan and surrounding cities, This paper argues that, there are a lot of defects in the process of ideological and political education for college-graduate village official. Mainly embodies on:the main role of ideological and political education for college-graduate village official does not paly fully,the object of the education exists deficiencies,education mediator is unitary, education environment is complex, etc.Therefore strengthening the ideological and political education of college-graduate village official must be Targeted. We should consider the process of college-graduate village officials’ Ideological and political education as the breakthrough point, then research from ideological and political education for college-graduate village officials’ main role, educational objects, educational mediator and educational environment separately. Given the present situation and deficiency of college-graduate village officials’ ideological and political education,we can improve a great development of the college-graduate village officials’ ideological and political education.
