Objective:Before2013national student physical health standard "in our country, the cardiopulmonary function of measurements using1000m (male),800m (female), vital capacity and step test index is questioned by many scholars. In the2013national student physical health standard "in step test index, test index has been removed. And to reflect the current index of indirect determination of cardiopulmonary function, large, middle school students of the two different ages people practice the same set of monitoring index system suitability, high school students for the current monitoring indicators of how high is the acceptance and existing measures can effectively improve the level of green children’s physique and cardiopulmonary function, all need to be researched. VO2max is assessment of human endurance, cardiopulmonary function and a comprehensive index of the physical conditions of the human body, to implement the monitoring indicators now whether can effectively reflect the students’cardiopulmonary function, this article intends to draw lessons from foreign indirect measurement of VO2max, and use of other indirect determination of alternative indicators, and analyze the effectiveness of various methods, selected the best physique monitoring indicators reflect the middle school students’cardiopulmonary function.Methods:This paper USES the VO2max as a school, the first, the1000m run (male)800m running (female), lung capacity,12min,6min skip related analysis and research, second Vo2max as dependent variable, the linear regression analysis, to determine the method of optimal benign.Results:(1)the VO2max of indirect measurement of12min run,1000m (male),800m (female),6min rope skipping and Vo2max had a higher correlation, and cardiopulmonary function as a commonly used monitoring index of lung capacity and VO2max correlation is very low.(2) to run12min,6min rope skipping the predictive regression models of Vo2max goodness-of-fit is very high. Through the correlation test and paired t test compares the prediction results of the model, found that12min run with the predictive effect of6min rope skipping is very good.Conclusions:(1)relative value between FVC and maximal oxygen uptake correlation is very low. Therefore believes that spirometry can not effectively reflect cardiopulmonary function status and aerobic capacity level high school students.(2)1000m run (male),800m run (female) to some extent, can indirectly reflect cardiopulmonary function status and aerobic capacity level high school students, but as a function of cardiopulmonary monitoring indicators have yet to be studied.(3)12min run and maximal oxygen uptake relative value showed a high degree of correlation and linear relationship,12min run regression prediction model goodness of fit is better, the model back to the generation test showed the predicted and measured values no significant difference. So think,12min run effectively indirectly reflect cardiopulmonary functional status and aerobic capacity level high school students.(4)6min skipping the relative value of the maximum oxygen uptake showed a certain degree of correlation and linear relationship,6min skipping measured regression model goodness of fit is better, the model back to the generation of test results showed that high school students skipping6min There was no significant difference between the maximum value and the measured oxygen uptake measured. So think,6min skipping can effectively indirectly reflect cardiopulmonary functional status and aerobic capacity level high school students.
