This paper is divided into two groups of 24 male amateur marathon runners in amateur group(between 3 hours,30 minutes to 4 hours)in the middle of the whole marathon.The experimental group performed high-intensity intermittent training,and the control group performed moderate intensity continuous training for 12 weeks with different intensity running training,The influence of the two different intensity running training on aerobic ability of male amateur marathon runners was analyzed in detail.Draw the following conclusions:1.High intensity intermittent training can significantly increase the skeletal muscle volume,decrease body fat rate and increase body weight of male amateur marathon runners;and moderate intensity continuous training has less effect on these three indexes.2.High-intensity intermittent training can significantly improve the flexor and extensor strength of the knee of male amateur marathon runners;and the increase of medium intensity continuous training is not obvious.3.High-intensity intermittent training can significantly improve the male amateur marathon athletes anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake,anaerobic threshold speed,heart rate 170 speed,running economy,anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake and maximal oxygen uptake ratio;moderate intensity continuous training can significantly improve the anaerobic threshold speed,heart rate 170 speed,and other indicators have little effect.4.High intensity intermittent training can significantly increase the maximum oxygen uptake,maximum speed,maximal heart rate and maximal oxygen uptake platform of male amateur marathon runners,and moderate intensity continuous training has little effect on the relative index of maximal oxygen uptake.5.High-intensity intermittent training and medium-intensity continuous training can significantly improve the distance of the male amateur marathon runners and the results of the whole horse race.But the high intensity intermittent training increases the amplitude more than the medium intensity continuous training.
