Therefore, whether it is from the national macroscopic planning education policies, or from the angle of demand preschool education, preschool education in physical education will be valued and development, become a preschool education development trend; therefore, a study of kindergarten physical education talents with strong theoretical and actual significance.This paper using the method of literature the Chinese HowNet full-text journals, excellent papers, newspapers, book stacks and other database access to relevant data, sorted out in favor of the information; in the research used expert interview and questionnaire, to preschool education institution sports teachers’ current situation of were investigated; and the use of mathematical methods of statistical investigation or collection of data processing and analysis, to obtain the benefit of this research related data. Study of first understand the preschool teachers training training status and preschool physical education teachers training of the current situation, draw lessons from domestic and international relevant preschool education and preschool physical education in the advanced experience, trying to establish not only for our country the development of preschool education in the basic national conditions, and can adapt to the preschool education kindergarten teaching stage development needs of preschool physical education personnel training mode.Studies suggest that:(1) research on Kindergarten Education in preschool education, physical education teachers training with a strong forward-looking, contribute to the preschool education majors to enhance comprehensive quality, contribute to the preschool and primary school education and the continuity of the tightness improvement; from the time of work and rest is regulation in children with learning activities important form; from the physiological functions of children’s physical and mental development is an important means of quality education; from is an important aspect of the development of children’s comprehensive.(2) the current kindergarten physical education facing major problems:the related subject of preschool physical education awareness, kindergarten preschool physical education content and means single, kindergarten physical education teachers and teaching condition of physical education in kindergarten of weak, development of regional difference is bigger, the kindergarten physical education theory of lower legislative level, preschool physical education teachers pluralistic personnel proportion is serious ultra high.(3) the personnel training objectives and measures of talent training mode in two important ways, and measures of talent cultivation and includes professional setting, curriculum system, training evaluation, training ways, teachers etc.. According to the different classification standards of talent, the talent can be mainly divided into generalists and specialists, compound talents, cross talents, innovative talents, innovative talents.(4) the current preschool education talents training mode basically has four year university departments preschool education application talents cultivation mode, five year pre-school education professional personnel training mode, vocational preschool education specialized post oriented talent cultivation mode, kindergarten teachers college high quality skill of personnel training mode.(5) physical education in kindergarten personnel training mode are mainly of preschool education major in physical education, sport+education+preschool education, physical education professional+" Kindergarten" combined training mode, preschool education and physical education cooperation training model, a kindergarten in-service personnel occupation training mode.(6) for preschool education major in Teachers’ training unit especially kindergarten teacher training institutions should start afresh from talent demand, making talent training scheme, keeping up with the pace of development of education.(7) physical education in kindergarten teachers Although there is a certain demand and market, but offer kindergarten physical education has not arrived; therefore, the current need for preschool education and physical education professional training units adjust the part of the students of physical education curriculum setting, combined with the actual needs of kindergarten education, training to meet the needs of the market the physical education complex applied talents.
