Objective:To explore different sports intervention’s influence on the middle-aged women maximal aerobic capacity, to find the most suitable for middle-aged women exercise to provide practical basis.Methods:A random sample of82healthy women50and59,41, spinning group,41, jogging, two groups in heart rate control exercise intensity, exercise intervention for16weeks. Application gradual load power bicycle before and after the intervention of quiet when the maximal aerobic capacity index of test analysis.Results:1, the index analysis of motion when exhaustion:maximum heart rate (Hrmax), maximum oxygen uptake (V02max), the chase volume (VE), vo2Max corresponding enzyme values (V02max-MET) off before the intervention had no significant difference (P>0.05). Compared with that before exercise intervention, both interventions after spinning and jogging groups the mean maximum heart rate were reduce, but there was no significant difference (P<0.05). Two groups of vo2Max (V02max) movement were significantly increased after intervention, the spinning group has a very significant difference (P<0.01), jogging group had significant difference (P<0.05). The chase volume (VE) spinning group there was no significant difference (P>0.05), jogging group had significantly increased (P<0.05). After exercise intervention, V02max corresponding with enzyme (V02max-MET), both two groups have to take off the value growth and have significant difference (P<0.05).2, Each index analysis when arriving Anaerobic threshold:anaerobic threshold power of the bike when loading (the AT-load), heart rate (the AT-Hr), oxygen uptake (AT-V02max), percentage of vo2Max (AT-%VO2max), ventilation (AT-VE), and subjective legs (AT-RPE), respiratory fatigue feeling (AT-RPB) and since started to increase the load time of arrival in ventilation anaerobic domain (arrive AT) intervention before there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Compared with exercise intervention before it, intervention after spinning and jogging AT-load has increased and there was a very significant difference (P<0.01). Spinning group after intervention of the AT-Hr growth but there was no significant difference (P>0.05), jogging set AT-Hr growth and has a significant difference (P<0.05). Spinning group after intervention of the AT-V02max growth and has a significant difference (P<0.05), jogging set the AT-V02max growth but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Spinning and jogging group after intervention of the AT-%V02max decreased but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Spinning group after intervention AT-VE grow up but there was no significant difference (P>0.05), jogging set down but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Spinning and jogging group after intervention AT-RPE grew up but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Spinning group after intervention AT RPB has increased but there was no significant difference, jogging set the AT-RPB increased with significant difference (P<0.05). Intervention after spinning and jogging group both arrived AT increase and has a very significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) Jogging in the16weeks of spinning and intervention can improve the middle-aged women crowd of maximal aerobic capacity, performance for sports after the intervention of V02max significant growth.(2) the16weeks of spinning and jogging intervention can improve the aerobic exercise ability of middle-aged women, anaerobic threshold of movement after the intervention when the growth of every index.(3) spinning movement intervention for women aged50to59people of aerobic capacity improvement is better than jogging intervention. In reaction maximal aerobic capacity and aerobic exercise capacity indicators in different growth difference of movement after the intervention, spinning group is better than jogging.
