The purpose of this study is to study the effects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise on body shape,body composition and physiological function of obese female college students,and to analyze and discuss "aerobic + oxygen free" compared to simple aerobic exercise,and the body shaping effect is safer,more effective and longer.The idea of body building,practice and healthy lifestyle of college students should be established,and the lifelong fitness ability and consciousness of female college students should be established.Methods: 45 obese female college students(BMI > 23)were recruited voluntarily and randomly divided into control group(15),aerobic exercise group(15),aerobic + anaerobic exercise group(15).Aerobic exercise training with low intensity,small load and long time for aerobic exercise and aerobic + oxygen free group were trained with aerobic exercise combined with various loads of oxygen free force.The duration was 12 weeks,3 times a week,80 minutes each time.During the period of the trial,the body shape(body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist to hip ratio and BMI),body composition(lean body weight,body fat percentage,fat content and muscle weight)and physiological function index(body weight),body composition(lean body weight,body fat percentage,fat content and muscle weight),and physiological function index(BMI)before and after the experiment of three subjects were examined.The quiet heart rate,the vital capacity,the diastolic pressure and the systolic pressure were measured and evaluated.Through the independent sample T test and the paired T test,the changes of the P value of the indexes of the experimental groups before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the actual effects of the different sports patterns on the body shaping effect of the obese female college students were objectively analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)body shape index: all body morphologic indexes in the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05),and the weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist hip ratio in the aerobic group decreased significantly(P<0.01).The weight and BMIdecreased 5.66%,the waist circumference decreased by 3.37%,the hip circumference decreased by 1.29% and the waist to hip ratio decreased by 2.09%.The body weight,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference in the aerobic and anaerobic group were significantly lower than that before the experiment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the waist to hip ratio.Among them,body weight and BMI decreased by 3.66%,waist circumference decreased by 3.45%,and hip circumference decreased by 3.06%.(2)body classification index: all body classification indexes in the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05);the body fat rate and fat weight in the aerobic group decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the lean body weight and the muscle weight.The body fat rate decreased by 10.75% and the fat weight decreased by 15.82%,and the body fat rate and fat weight in the aerobic and anaerobic group were significantly lower than that before the experiment,and the weight and weight of lean body and muscle were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P<0.01).The body fat rate decreased by 12.76%,fat weight decreased by 15.96%,lean weight increased by 4.07% and muscle weight increased by 9.39%.(3)physiological function index: all the physiological indexes of the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05);the quiet heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the aerobic group decreased significantly after the experiment,and the vital capacity increased significantly,P<0.01.Among them,the quiet heart rate decreased by 4.86%,the diastolic pressure dropped 2.87%,the systolic pressure dropped 3.54%,the vital capacity increased by 7.50%,and the quiet heart rate,systolic and diastolic pressure in the aerobic and anaerobic group were significantly lower than before the experiment,and the vital capacity of the lung was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P<0.01).Among them,the resting heart rate decreased by 3.85%,systolic blood pressure decreased by 3.09%,diastolic blood pressure decreased by 4.08%,and vital capacity increased by 7.49%.Conclusion: after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,(1)the physical morphology of the female students in the aerobic exercise group and the aerobic and anaerobic grouphad been improved well,and the weight,BMI,waist and hip circumference were significantly decreased.(2)aerobic group and aerobic + anaerobic group can effectively reduce body fat percentage and fat weight of obese female college students.Besides,aerobic plus anaerobic exercise can also promote the increase of muscle mass and increase lean weight in obese female college students,which is a more reasonable way to lose weight.(3)the cardiopulmonary function of the aerobic group and the aerobic and anaerobic group had been improved.The heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the aerobic exercise group and the aerobic and anaerobic group decreased significantly,and the vital capacity increased significantly.
