With the deepening of China's basic education reform,the reform of sports and health curriculum has also been advanced to the depth.In order to adapt to the new reform,training qualified PE teacher is especially important.The education departments have initiated various ways to improve the overall quality of the PE teachers'team.Among them,the development post-training is one of the important ways.The relevant departments and physical education teachers shall be required to carry out the implementation.Therefore,the post-training of high school PE teachers is not only the need to carry out the higher policy,but also the need to improve themselves.The reasonableness and effectiveness of post-training is very important to the education administrative departments and the PE teachers.There are many aspects from the training concept,training mode,to training method which is also the important subject of attention from all walks of life.This paper applied many research methods,such as literature,investigation,and mathematical statistics.It selected 240 public middle school PE teachers from different area in Fuzhou.The author optimized the opportunity of job training to conduct research on status quo of post-training of PE teachers in public middle school.The research emphasized on status quo of the degree of concern,participation motivation,training methods,training modes and training satisfaction.There are some problems existing in PE post-training.Firstly,From the level of physical education teachers,the external motivation of the training is strong and the internal motivation is insufficient.From the operational level of post-training,the training mode is simple,the organization model is traditional,the training content is not specific,the evaluation method is difficult to regulate,the training effect is not high.On this basis,according to the theory of teacher professional development and lifelong learning,the paper raises some suggestions.On the macro level,It should strengthen the top design of post-training;On the midst level,It should optimize the internal system of of post-training;On the micro level,It should stimulate the independent active development of PE teachers.
