Along with the teacher qualification, quality requirements improving in our country, education sectors adhering open, jus, fair principles, well-develped and build up" National standard, Provincial exam, County to hire, School purposes "teachers access and management system, for example, the teachers’ open recruitment exam in the middle and primary school. This is important for improving teachers’ professional team.Therefore, this research uses methodology of literature analysis, questionnaire, interviews and so on. Analyzing and exploring Fujian teachers’ recruitment exam in the middle and primary school--middle school mathematics with the teachers’ recruitment exam from the point of modern concept of teachers’ professional. Aim at choosing the excellent middle school mathematics teacher, put forward strategy of middle school mathematics and thinking,advising. This research can open the cognition of modern concept of teachers’ professional, provides a new perspective that on middle school mathematics teachers’ hiring that is from the modern concept of teachers’ professional to discuss the middle school mathematics teachers’ hiring.
