How to cultivate student’s effective questioning ability in class has the always been the key point of new curriculum reform. The effective class have always been the pursuing goal of school education, and learning to how to ask questions is the premise of effective learning of students. Therefore, in the background of new curriculum reform, school education should set the questioning ability of students as the ultimate goal. Innovation starts from "question", question is not only the cornerstone of innovation, but also the driving force of thought. Cultivating pupil’s questioning ability can not only enhance their creativity, improve their innovation capacity, but also help them to master the good self-learning method,and it can raise their awareness and capacity of life-long study. This study is based on the class observation, with the research method of questionnaire and interview, describing and analyzing current situation of student’s class questioning, According to development of pupils’ class-questioning ability,proposed the formation mechanism of pupils’ class-questioning ability,On three dimensions of how to enhance the pupils’"dare to ask ""able to ask" and "good ask" ability, put forward effective teaching strategy to the benefit of training pupils’ ability to ask questions, as well as analyze these strategies with the specific teaching cases.
