Research On Art Winning Factors Of The Routine In Aerobic Gymnastics

Aerobics Gymnastics is a combination movement project of sports and art, it through a complete set of movements and the athletes’performance to show its unique artistic beauty. With the rule changes, the development of competitive aerobics has increasingly incline to artistry, the higher artistic of the routine and the stronger the appeal, the character of Competitive Aerobics could be more preformed. Therefore, the rules are gradually being perfect and technical skills are constantly growing, research for the training and competition winning factors of art are imperative.This study combined with2005edition and2009edition,2009edition of the contest rules, by applying the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey, video observation and mathematical statistics, the author start with the2006to2012world gymnastics championship and2013world games of complete routines, from which to conduct a comprehensive analysis and practice verification, summarized the winning factors of artistic that in line with the characteristics of competitive aerobics projects, in order to provide theoretical support for the improvement of aerobics choreography and the expression of artistic, also provide practical reference for the coaches and athletes.The results showed that:1) Art winning factors of Aerobics Gymnastics is refers to the orientation under the rules of competition, the athlete’s art score is superior to the opponent’s by stabilizing the performance, confident and harmonious cooperation, perfectly present the artistic value, minimize interference factors.2) According to the rules of art score observation point in competitive aerobics, by using primary and secondary analysis method, single routine art winning factors are beauty, novelty, clever, difficulty and unique; the art of collective routine winning factors are beauty, novelty, neatly, clever, difficulty and unique, and combined with the expert advice of the art of Aerobics Gymnastics routine winning factors are beauty, novelty, neatly, clever, difficulty and unique.3) Embodiment of artistic winning factors of Aerobics Gymnastics in the complete routines, on the basis of a high standard of completion, beauty is the heart of, novelty is the key, clever is the magic weapon of the successful, difficulty is the additive, unique is the secret, neatly is the antecedent condition to the art winning factor in collective routines. The relationships between various factors are integrity, complementarity, unity and opposition.4) The importance of each individual art winning factors of Aerobics Gymnastics sorting is different, the winning factors of development presents the trend of novelty exists in beauty to manifest the value; difficulty exists in novelty to ensure completion; Making full use of advantages; Team harmony, unified coordination; Outstanding theme.5) Impact factors for Aerobics Gymnastics art winning are divided into consists of controllable factors and non-controllable factors. Controllable factors reflect in the athletes’competitive ability and the coaches’command ability; Non controllable factors mainly relates to the referee’s judgment behavior, competitors’performance and competiton environment.
