Research About Important And Difficulty Skill Point Of Basketball Compulsory Course In Colleges And Universities In Beijing

Basketball compulsory course is an important part of college sports career curriculum. It would be found after the survey about basketball compulsory course syllabus in ten common colleges and universities of Beijing, Face to shorter hours of teaching and more content, in the teaching process, should seize the technology teaching content from important and difficult, to carry out teaching work related with clearly target, it will let students learn effectively, get substantive progress, improve teaching effect.In this study, through the survey about basketball compulsory course syllabus of ten common colleges and universities in Beijing, on this basis, through reading literature and expert interview, design the important and difficulty of basketball skills teaching, and make a questionnaire for investigation to some teachers and professional of colleges and universities in Beijing who teaches the basketball compulsory course, analysis and get the following conclusions:1, Important point for stride stop skill teaching:landing while lowering the gravity, the balls of feet push and brake for deceleration; teaching difficulty point is:after landing, while lowering gravity, waist and hip harding, keeping stable. Important point for front turn skill teaching:harding twist and pushing off with the moving foot, pivot foot while active rotating and pushing off; teaching difficulty point is: after stepping quickly lowering gravity, keeping stable. Important point for slide skill teaching:let gravity on the balls of feet, always keeping the knees flexed; teaching difficulty point is:sliding when lowering the gravity, keeping the gravity stable, do not up and down.2, Important point for two-hands chest passing skill teaching: holding-ball tactics; teaching difficulty point is:forcing in order when passing. Important point for single-hand upon-shoulder passing skill teaching:to coordinate the force of the passing action; teaching difficulty point is:waving arm, wrist clasping, dialing finger action coherence. Important point for two-hands catching skill teaching:coming to meet the ball with two arms; teaching difficulty point is:giving with ball on catching after the ball with both hands.3, Important point for one-hand set shot on the shoulder skill teaching: action of lifting elbow and stretching arm; teaching difficulty point is:coordination force on the arms and legs. Important point for two-hands chest passing skill teaching:arms’action when shooting; teaching difficulty point is:coordination force on the arms and legs.
