Volleyball has long been a popular in university students.But due to the complicated skills,feeling to the bali and the high demand to skills, it is not easy for university students to master it in a short time because the time for PE class is short.How to attract more students to choose volleyball class and like volleyball brings a new request to university volleyball teaching and learning.In volleyball teaching and learning,every integrate skill movement contains a lot of complicated skill parts,which shouldn't be stressed too much.Teachers should put emphasis on the difficult and important points,to make students master the skill movements by and large in a relatively short time,to inspire the interest of them,and to enhance the effect of teaching.Through the research to volleyball class students in some universities of Beijing,teachers,and experts in volleyball,conclusion has been made as follows:1.Teaching emphasis of frontal setting:shape of the hands(finger apart like a hemisphere),the point of setting the ball(a ball' s distance up-front of the forehead);mentality(not afraid of being hurt); the way of giving force(bounce of the fingers and the wrist);the action of getting the ball(preparing finger shape).Teaching difficulties of frontal setting:the way of giving force(the whole body should give force harmoniously);the point of setting the ball(judgments to the coming ball,flying direction,radian and the point of fall);shape of the hands (the position of setting the ball).Boys and girls should be treated in teaching:encourage girls to meet the ball bravely,but praise boys' movements to enhance their confidence.2.Teaching emphasis of frontal receiving:the position of receiving the ball(10 cm above the wrist);preparing pose(feet apart,half or a little squat,first half of the soles on the floor,hands apart in front of the breast);the point of receiving the ball(in front of the belly);the action of receiving the ball(wrists pressed,elbows propped up). Teaching difficulties of frontal receiving:beforehand judgments(the direction the ball coming from,speed and the Point of fall) and preparation pose(move in time,avoid moving with hands together,meet the ball point-blank).In the demonstration,students should be shown the point of receiving the ball specially(rational receiving angel;the angel between arms and the body)3.Teaching emphasis of frontal overhand serve:fling the arm to hit the ball(fling the arm arcly,speed and force);shape of the hands(meet the fully,push and press);cast the ball and fling the arm(height, position and harmonious cooperation),fling the arm to hit the ball(fling the arm arcly,speed and force) is also the difficulty in teaching.4.Teaching emphasis of frontal underhand serve:fling the arm to hit the ball(use the shoulder as the axis,speed,force);the entire body gives force harmoniously;mentality(confidence).Among them the entire body gives force harmoniously is also the difficulty in teaching.5.Teaching emphasis of hitting at position 4:hit the ball in the air (the position of hitting the ball:up in front of the right arm,the highest point after the arm unbended when jumping,hit the middle-back of the hall);run up(rhythm:slow to fast,pace:short-long;the pace should be clear without additional quick short steps).Among them hit the ball in the air(the position of hitting the ball:up in front of the right arm,the highest point after the arm unbended when jumping, hit the middle-back of the ball) is also the difficulty in teaching.6.Teaching emphasis of sole block:the preparing pose(30~40 cm to the net);taking-off(judgments to the character and time of the ball).Among them taking-off(judgments to the character and time of the ball) is also the difficulty in teaching.
