Research On The Current Status Of The Development Of Youth Basketball Skill Trainers In Beijing And Tianji

The implementation of the "double-reduction policy" has greatly reduced the burden on teenagers’ campus life and given them more time to play sports.As one of the most popular sports,teenagers prefer playing basketball due to its high popularity which makes all kinds of social basketball training institutions have a broad market.The expansion of market demand has also led to the gradual rise of the Beijing-Tianjin area of the youth basketball skills trainer industry.This new industry introduced from abroad also brings basketball fans more basketball expertise;however,the development of this industry is still in its infancy so far,compared to the development of foreign countries is still relatively backward.This study analyzes the professional and part-time status,age,coaching years,gender,and educational background of the representative youth basketball skill trainers in the Beijing and Tianjin area.This study also investigates the restrictive factors that restrict the development of youth basketball skill trainers in Beijing-Tianjin area,and looks for feasible solutions.The goal of this study is to boost the vigorous development of the youth basketball training industry in Beijing-Tianjin area,advance the further improvement of youth basketball teaching level in Beijing and Tianjin area.This paper takes the youth basketball skill trainers in Beijing and Tianjin as the research object mainly adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and other methods to study their development status and related policies,which lays a foundation for improving the environment of youth basketball training in Beijing and Tianjin,optimizing the teaching of basketball courses,and also provides theoretical guidance for the content of youth basketball learning.The results show that:(1)The development of youth basketball skill trainers in Beijing and Tianjin is in the initial stage,and most youth basketball skill trainers are relatively young and inexperienced.(2)There are still many problems in the overall industry development of youth basketball skill trainers in Beijing and Tianjin,which leads to difficulty in ensuring the quality of youth basketball training courses.(3)Social basketball training institutions in Beijing and Tianjin are not perfect in various related systems for youth basketball skill trainers,the existing policies are not enough to restrict the development of related industries,and there are still many unsettled violations of rules and regulations.
