Special education as an important part of Chinese higher education, more and morenational attention, the development of higher special education reflects the development ofsocial civilization level in our country, shows the superiority of the socialist system. Therefore,in born deaf education in colleges and universities, the full implementation of qualityeducation is the development trend in the future.This article mainly aimed at the study of born deaf education of colleges and universities.Deaf students in colleges and universities, that is, deaf college students, it is to point tolistening barriers (because of the auditory organs, auditory system has some defects, differentlevel reading and action of disorder) of college students. At present, a total of17higher special education schools in our country, they are main the deaf students’ highereducation institutions. For deaf students in colleges and universities campus culture activities,based on deaf students, from the perspective of beneficial to deaf students physical andmental development of colleges and universities, cultivate the deaf students correct outlookon life, values, shaping qualified talents for socialism.
