Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The Perspective Of Human Needs

Now China's ideological and political education has achieved some success,but it still has a lot problems to solve,its effectiveness need to be improved.Now many areas are focusing on the needs of people,to explore people's needs,so ideological and political education should pay attention to the needs of the people,because people's needs is the precondition of people for all the activities,and is also the power of people for accepting education,people's reasonable needs' content affects the actual effect of education.And as the changes of the times and the development of the society,the people's needs is also changing.Therefore,whether universities can pay attention to and meet the reasonable needs of college students,is the key factor that affect its effectiveness.Facing the growing needs of students,universities should combine the individual needs of college students and social needs,improve the elements of education,expand the approaches of education and meet the reasonable needs of college students,make college students accept the education.And universities should strengthen the education and guide of college students' needs,promote the all-round development of college students,enhance the effectiveness of university ideological and political education fundamentally.The first part is the theory explanation of people's needs.First of all,we interpret the Chinese and western scholars' different understanding on the needs of the people,including Chinese traditional culture,western culture and the connotation of the marxist philosophy.And then we explain the four characteristics of the people's needs,and the function of the need to social development and individual development,providing a solid theoretical foundation for the next research.The second part is the relationship between people's needs and university ideological and political education.Firstly we elaborate that people's needs is the driving force for the existence and development of the university ideological and political education,manifested in three aspects: people's needs is the humanity foundation of the education,is the driving force for the development of the education,is the basis of value realization of the education.Then we elaborate the university ideological and political education is an important mean to guide and meet the needs of the people: the education is helpful to guide people's material needs reasonable development,to meet the needs of the people's spiritual and social needs.The third part is the present situation of the university ideological and political education effectiveness on the horizon of the people's needs.Firstly,on the basis of the questionnaire,we analyze the current situation of college students' own needs,including good and bad aspects.Then we analyze the present situation of the effectiveness on the basis of the questionnaire.Its good situation : universities began to care about the needs of the students,guide the students' individual needs with social needs.Its problems: the educators fail to pay attention to the needs of the students very well,the education goals do not reflect the hierarchy of needs,the education contents have failed to meet the students' different needs,the education methods fail to meet the students' development needs.Finally with the needs of college students,from traditional need thought,social need of utilitarian,families need idea,the universities spiritual culture construction and consciousness of college students to themselves needs,we analyze the reasons of effectiveness problems,laying a foundation to strengthen the effectiveness.The fourth part is the strategy of enhancing university education effectiveness on the horizon of the people's needs.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the reasons of university education effectiveness,we believe that the universities should pay attention to and meet the reasonable needs of college students,the education concepts should take the students ' need as first,the education goals need to pay attention to the level of college students' needs,the education contents need to respect the difference of college students' needs,education methods should pay attention to the development of the college students' need,and the society and family should also pay attention to college students' needs,should form education resultant force with university,strengthening the ideological and political education effectiveness.
