A Study On Improving The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education In College Association Activities

It is an important task for colleges and universities to cultivate the new generation of moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor and promote the all-round development of college students.Strengthening ideological and political education is very important to guide college students,especially those born after 2000,to set up scientific outlook on life,world and value.As a unique aspect of the construction of campus culture,the activities of mass organizations play a particularly important role in the process of cultivating talents in colleges and universities,and are an important way and effective carrier to strengthen and improve ideological and political education,it is also an important part of the whole process of all-round education.The activity of the society,which combines education with pleasure,can enhance the infiltration effect and political identity of the ideological and political education of college students.Therefore,it is imperative to enhance the actual effect of ideological and Political Education of college mass organizations.Based on the theoretical support of Ideological and political education,and on the basis of combing and defining the basic concepts such as the activities of University Associations and the effectiveness of Ideological and political education,this paper explains that university associations have the functions of political orientation,ideological orientation,cohesion and motivation,development and shaping of Ideological and political education.At present,the functions of Ideological and political education in the aspects of political orientation,ideological orientation,personality building and quality expansion have been brought into full play.There are still deficiencies in ideological guidance,cohesion function and cultural innovation.The reason lies in the low quality of College Association team,the imperfect management and evaluation mechanism of College Association,and the imperfect infrastructure of College Association.In this regard,we should enhance the ideological and political education effectiveness of university association activities from the aspects of improving the quality of University Association team,strengthening the organizational guarantee of University Association team,improving the management and evaluation mechanism of University Association,improving the basic condition construction of university association activities,scientific planning and active innovation of University Association activities.
