However, China is the populous countries but seriously short ofhuman capital accumulation, its simple assessment make most people fight for the finalexamination when was young.With the continuous development of economy andsociety, people requires quality education other than just accepting education.Mostparents’only expectation is that their children could find a good job. Educationspending become a large part of household consumption, according to Sina educationalchannels United the world’s leading research institutions of Tosoh2012China familyeducation consumer white paper,”EducationSpending”has accounedt for one-seventhof household income,And that ratio trends to grow. Meanwhile, research founds thatfees still exists in different forms, and occupies a large share of consumptionexpenditures,and it becomes necessarily.Survey data shows that40%percent ofrespondents considers they had handed over extra fees.While50%per cent of thefamilies believe that pay "school fees" is their integrant costs. One reason for theschool selection fee is insufficient educational investment,the other is unequalallocation of high quality educational resources. So in the system of public finance,research on the education service difference between different schools is very profoundand help to effectively solve the problems affecting the livelihood.This paper is based on the actual situation in Hangzhou.To investigate oneducation service difference between different schools, we take the nine high schoolsin the uban area as research objects.This paper focus on the following aspects: first,the whole description of current Hangzhou high school education service fromhardware service and software service respectively. Secondly, throughquestionnaires,interviews and other available meterials, data analysis,using qualitativeand quantitative methods to evaluate the specific and prominent difference in highschool education services.finally,draw conclusions and make suggestions on secondaryeducation services.
