With the development of society,people realize the impacts of training and the great effect on people,especially for students’ education and growth is an irreplaceableeducation significance, college students are a special group, it is easilyto appear psychological problems. College students’ psychologicalproblems exist a variety of reasons not only related to their own stageof psychological development, but also related to their socialenvironment. Because the psychological development immature andemotional instability, when they are facing a series of physiological,psychological, social, psychological conflict. If these conflicts andcontradictions can not solve, as time passes can form the psychologicalbarrier.According to the data show that college students’ psychologicaldistress that ratio has a tendency to rise. Therefore it is fundamentalto solve college students’ psychological distress that attaches greatimportance to college students’ psychological distress and discussresearch, come up with corresponding solutions. It caused more and moreresearchers’ attention that college students’ psychological distress,the problem of study in college students’ psychological distress alsoachieved some results. The development of training on college campuses,become to the favorite course for college students. Therefore, in orderto understand the impact of training on college students’ psychologicaldistress, this thesis chooses the college students’ psychologicaldistress scale as a tool, use convenient sampling method, selection ofChina University of Geosciences and Beijing university of science andtechnology in grade one who are taking training courses, adopt the methodof before test and after test, A total of228distribution scale, and228were recoberd, after removed the invalid scale, The actual recovery214,the effective rate of93.86%,:Last,finishing scale and analysis of data.In this paper, through the study of outward bound effect on thepsychological distress in college students, and analyze the data, takeout the following conclusions: 1. The Outward bound about seventy years of history, with the Outwardbound of the development and popularization of the system and content ofcontinuous improvement and refinement. In the domestic development ofabout forty years, but it is closely contact with school education is onlymore than ten years, need further exploration.2. College students ’ psychological perplexity in anxiety, compulsion,social inhibition, its status is not too ideal, deserves close attentionfrom professionals.3. College students’ psychological distress from gender, specialty,family, cadres, national, born in different ways, have differentsituation. From the twelve factors of psychological distress aredifferent. Expand training has a positive influence on College students’psychological somatization, depression, low self-esteem, socialwithdrawal, aggression, bigotry etc.aspect obvious.4. From the experimental group pre-test and post test data can be seen,college students have a better improvement in psychological functions ofpsychological distress, that is to say the development training has apositive effect on the mental health of College students.
