Study Of Anti-distress In College

It is well known that competitions are getting more and more fierce nowadays due to thecomplex international environment. The competition for intelligence is extremely pivotal fora country to survive and thrive from these competitions. Therefore, the revival of our countryis actually reliant on the personnel cultivation and introduction, which requires us to train andproduce comprehensive talents in college.If we give a glance at the college students, their quality, especially their mental healthdiathesis is really what worries us the most. The young generation is our future, it is ourresponsibility to nurture them and train them in a healthy way. They are the brain resources,construction mainstay and national revitalization for our society.So,we must force us to focusmore on the mental health diathesis of college students; It is quiet urgent for us to direct themto unleash their distress properly.This dissertation studied the anti-distress education in college theoretically andpractically through literature research and comprehensive analysis under guidance of Maxistprinciple. The first section proposed the practical significance and the present problems ofanti-distress education in college and documented the current state of anti-distress educationin and out of nation and described how and what to do my research methodologically andlogically; the second section focused on the definition and content of anti-distress and furtherformulate the characteristics and principle of anti-distress education and finally how to utilizethese principle to do my research. The third section analyzed the reasons which causesdistress of college students and categorized the reasons objectively and subjectively; thefourth section is trying to look for solutions to the problem from the education system andpersonal backgrounds; for instance, construction of the network among society, school andfamily is the most effective way to wall off the problems.
