| Occupational pressure is a kind of pressure and is closely related to work.Long-term pressure or work pressure has a certain negative impact on individual physiology,psychology,workplace life and even family life.Therefore,the formation and development process of occupational pressure cannot be ignored.Among them,the professional pressure of the people’s police should be paid more attention to,because the police play a key role in the construction of the new era in our country,especially as the community police directly dealing with the people,their work effect directly affects the people’s life and social security.Therefore,the work pressure of the community police group should enter into the view of the public and get some attention,and should be able to deal with it in time.Taking the police officers in community A as the starting point,using the cognitive behavior theory and group dynamics as the theoretical support,the paper summarizes the causes of the occupational pressure,including: heavy work and dangerous work;small job promotion space increases the pressure;the support function of interpersonal network is not strong;the pressure relief mode is monotonous,mostly self-regulation;the lack of channels to properly adjust the public opinion pressure.Based on the above research in the practice of mutual group intervention,from looking for their own stress,emotional management knowledge and methods,learning basic relaxation technology,training communication and coordination ability,improve team solidarity and cooperation and strengthen members of their own professional identity,hope to alleviate the pressure of the police professional status,reduce the negative impact of professional stress problem.Finally,through the summary and reflection of the results of the mutual aid group,the relevant research conclusions and countermeasures are obtained,including the following:actively encourage the police officers to participate in the mutual aid group;the police station should actively form the mutual aid group;the public should support the group and give the police officers more understanding and tolerance.This paper attempts to make use of the professionalism of social work to set up a mutual support group and conduct stress relief activities in police stations,in the hope of alleviating the problem of occupational stress among police officers at the grassroots level,and to provide new experiences and serve as a reference.However,due to the limited practical ability,there is still much room for improvement in the design and implementation of activities,which needs to be improved in the future. |
