A Study On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Under The Background Of The Social Stratum Differentiation

With the rapid development of social processes in our country, especially in the two-way market economy and the transition of the ownership structure of the background, the social structure of traditional society,"two classes, one class" stratification gradually evolved into a multi-level structure. Manifestation of social stratification is a dynamic division of labor and the process of modernization, and its emergence and development of ideological and political education for contemporary society has had a profound impact. On the one hand, the ideological and political education class differentiation had a positive role in promoting. On the other hand, to the ideological and political education stratification brought negative constraints affecting the healthy development of the ideological and political education. Students from different family backgrounds as a special group in society, also affected class differentiation between them due to differences in class background, so to carry out ideological and political education is facing enormous challenges.In the context of class differentiation, ideology, values and psychological development of college students are subject to varying degrees of impact, given ideological and political education has brought great challenges. Therefore, this paper attempts, college students spending differences outlook, employment outlook, values and class consciousness, further analysis obtained family economic status, class background differences, ideological pluralism and psychological gap is widening its root causes of the differences. For college students’ problems and the corresponding analysis of the reasons put forward to strengthen the ideological and political education of responses:first, to guide students to face the reality of stratification. Second, to guide students to establish a reasonable expectation of employment. Third, the values of socialist core values to lead the college of education. Fourth, training students to establish a correct concept of consumption. Pointing to strengthen ideological and political education of college, give full play to the ideological and political education function for building a socialist harmonious campus provide strong theoretical support.
