Mr Famous educator tao xingzhi once said:"thousands of teach all teach the truth; thousands of learning to learn, learn to do a reality." He said:"morality is to be fundamental, it is the foundation of building personality of the Great Wall". It revealed the essence of education significance. Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work, it is the fundamental guarantee of all work. But in recent years, the effect of ideological and political education work is not obvious, the reasons are various, I think that in our colleague education, lack of knowledge of psychological, The teacher deal all problems according to their ideas, So the result is counterproductive. This article is the relationship of college students’ self differentiation and anxiety, and to apply relevant knowledge of psychology to political education work, guide them to properly deal with the problems in the growth, improve the level of psychological health of college students, enhance the scientific nature of the ideological and political education, predictive and pertinence. Promoting the further improvement of the ideological and political education and development has a big progress.In this paper, on the basis of existing research at homeland and abroad, the present situation of college students and the relationship between anxiety and self differentiation research, first,50freshman to senior college students from Yangtze university, examines the self differentiation situation of students, on this basis, the selection of1176college students and1012effective questionnaires were taken back, the self differentiation scale (DSI), anxiety scale (SAS) and depression scale (HADM) investigation according to their scores were analyzed.This research get the following conclusion:1. Look from the overall level, college students’ self differentiation levels higher than normal, but some college students self differentiation level is still low. In particular, the college students’ self position, emotional cut off, and with high degree of integration, low degree of emotional response.2.The college students’ self differentiation (rural and urban areas) in the land of students, professional, love experience, parents educational level have some differences. College students’ self differentiation does not exist significant differences in gender, but significant differences on the self location factor.3. College students preliminary differentiation, differentiation of moderate group and the high group number of the86,814and108respectively, and the proportion of8.5%,80.8%and10.7%, respectively. Differentiation of emotional response, self-location, emotional break off, fusion are negatively correlated with anxiety and depression,4. College students’ self differentiation It has a good prediction effect about anxiety and depression, anxiety play partial intermediary role in depression and self differentiation.
