Introduction:Over the past decade our vault strength declined. If the vault is not paid enough attention to, it is bound to have an adverse impact on the development of vault and the overall strength of China’s gymnastics. The purpose of this article is making the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the vault landing, trying to reveal the key indicators and the constituent elements of the vault landing technology to provide a theoretical reference for vault training.Methods:The objects are cartwheel straight body swivel990°(a total of10movement samples) and cartwheel straight body swivel810°(a total of7movement samples) captured in the vault preliminaries of the2011National Gymnastics Championships、 all-around finals of2012National Gymnastics Championships and the vault final of the2012National Gymnastics Championships. In the game scene, two high-speed cameras (CASIO EX-F1) with300Hz are used to do3D shooting, Calibrated with PEAK framework before the game. Use ShiXun motion analysis system to make video analysis; Qtools and Exce12007to make data processing, OriginPro8.1to make data normalization and plotting; Spssl3.0to do statistical analysis. Use Lifemod to make modeling and simulation of the four key players’ Vault landing of the national team. The3D data used to make modeling and simulation come from Motion and analytic three-dimensional collected by vertical jump of the laboratory experiment. Compare the simulation’s result with Kistler’s result in the date Consistency and the date of the characteristic time to verify the simulation data’s accuracy.Results:1. This paper obtain the displacement and velocity of the center of gravity, and so on of the high level of domestic athletes at the three phases including leaving horse, second flight and landing2. there are significant differences(P<0.05) between cartwheel straight body swivel990°and cartwheel straight body swivel810°in a total of10kinematic indicators:the center of gravity’s Z(vertical direction) speed when leaving the horse, the maximum height of the center of gravity, the height of the center of gravity when landing, body pitch angle when landing, right shoulder angle when leaving the horse, left and right hip angle when landing, left and right knee angle when landing, right shoulder angle when landing.3. The result of Lifemod simulation accuracy validation experiment focuses on the trend of curve and the characteristic values. The simulation of four players get force difference between two feet when landing, and so on.Conclusions:1. A larger vertical velocity when leving horse,a greater maximum height of the center of the gravity and the more flight time are needed by cartwheel straight body swivel990°to complete the twist of more degree, which requires converting the horizontal speed into the vertical speed more effectively.2. Due to landing opposite to the diretion of the horizontal speed harder than facing the direction, the pitching of the body when landing is smaller to reduce the landing’s difficulty and to guarantee the stability of body.3. The knee extend fully when landing making more degree to buffer and provide the main buffer action. Meanwhile, There aren’t enough time to extend the hip.So the flexion is larger.restricting the buffer action.4. The validating experiments of simulation prove that it is feasible and relatively accurate to get the GRF of the high level athletes in training and match by Lifemod. The force and moment of four athletes of national team when landing are got by simulation using Lifemod. The force of the two feet isn’t equal. One foot support force mainly, the other assist. Provide the theoretical reference for the prevention of injury.
