Sports reward system is one of sports content management system, butalso the current program of Olympic Glory incentives main content. Inthis study, the use of modern management theory of motivation psychology,literature study, questionnaires, interviews with experts, logicalanalysis method to construct the basic principles of the Olympic winningsports team members set up a reward system, and using the basicprinciples of the current Chinese Olympic analysis and study of thestatus of implementation of the reward system. Research results: Buildingreward system should follow the basic principles include: a clearincentive principle purpose, on-demand reward principles guidingprinciple, the principle of rationality, material rewards and spiritualrewards of combining the principle of positive incentive-based negativeincentives supplemented principle, as well as pay attention to theprinciple of incentive effect the transformation behavior. Currently amember of the Olympic sports teams winning on the bonus incentive systemsettings can be divided into government incentives and social rewards;rewards based on the assessment, there is made to athletes athleticperformance as an incentive basis, that sports teams to createoutstanding results for the contribution reward basis and in acomprehensive evaluation based rewards based on three forms; the sourcesof funding awards, divided into national investment and social support;the reward distribution, a man alone rewarded, equally rewarding,prorated bonus other means. Current incentives to effectively mobilizethe enthusiasm of the Olympic winning sports team members will helpstrengthen the intrinsic motivation of the team members at the Olympicsmovement courageously rushed, to achieve a good incentive effects.Current reward system exists to some extent inhibited some unfavorablefactors on the Olympic sports teams winning member of their initiative,produced some negative incentive effects, affecting reward incentiveeffects. Measures to reform the current system of incentives Olympicsports team member of the winning proposals include: further improve theOlympic sports team member winning the reward system, regulate reward set;a one-time bonus rewards and lifelong combined reward system tries to incorporate social protection mechanisms; increase spiritual rewardsefforts; perfect punishment mechanism; winning sports teams to develop areasonable member of the scientific contribution evaluation system; theprize fund, and actively expand the sources of funds; increasedtransparency and reward allocation supervision and so on.
