Path Analysis On The College Students’ Career Planning Under The Guidance Of The Ideological And Political Education

At present, It is obvious day by day that economic globalization and the world political structure go toward a multi-polar world. Meanwhile, China’s construction of socialist harmonious society is in the key period. Under the new situation, the college students as the main force of the construction group, in university education system, ideological and political education and career planning of the group for growth has extremely important constructive significance, which is to promote college students’ individual long-term development. The ideological and political education is hidden in college students’career planning with rich resources. Making full use of ideological and political education to carry out the occupational career planning education, is the social development of the urgent demand, which is also the new period all-round development of ideological and political education of the reality.College students’thoughts and behaviors have appeared many new features in new period. It is undoubtedly that these new changes of college students bring ideological and political education the new opportunities and challenges, so then if we still continue to use the old ideas to carry on ideological and political education, which is hard to get good effect. Therefore, in order to adapt to the requirements of the development in the new situation, a deep research on college students’ideological and activities of the new features, explore the ideological and political education on college students’career planning overall development rule and method, become the college students’ideological and political education development important task.This paper attempts to by interpretation of the college career planning and ideological and political education relations, the analysis of the current college career planning of the ideological and political education in the condition of use and guidance, in order to investigate the ideological and political education and college students’career planning organic interaction problem, to realize the ideological and political education on college students’career planning guidance effectiveness.With literature review and questionnaire survey research methods, based on the theory and the principle of practice, this paper tries to take college students’all-round development for the purpose, research of the ideological and political education on college students’career planning guidance, the innovation of the ideological and political education system. Through this research concludes that scientific data to carry on the analysis, in order to discover problems, to analyze problems, discusses the realization college career planning education in ideological and political education effective guidance countermeasures, and the feasibility of the proposed opinions for realistic reference.
