Study On The Identity Of Students In Industry Of Yunnan Province Higher Vocational Colleges Campus Culture

Higher vocational education is relative to the ordinary higher education has its particularity, it is based on the industry education, service in the industry, and with the industry is closely related to, it is necessary to industry enterprise need talent training and to spread the enterprise culture, help the students form their professional identity, so whether it is professional settings, teaching design, personnel training mode should be close to the trend in the development of the industry, and highlights into the characteristics of the industry is the only way for the healthy development of the industry of higher vocational colleges, is an important symbol of highlighting the education level, is to establish a long-term policy of school brand, cultivation is an important move of the elite of the society.This study through questionnaires and empirical survey of Yunnan Province, two different background of" students in Higher Vocational Colleges for the status of the campus culture identity, from the unique perspective of higher vocational students and was informed that the industry vocational college campus culture construction present situation and shortcomings, thus for the construction of the campus culture in Higher Vocational colleges put forward effective proposals.The content is as follows:1. Through the literature review of the identity theory research and practice, based on proposed the definition of cultural identity, and further analysis of the structure dimension of the identity.2. This study also explores the relationship between industry vocational college campus culture and enterprise culture, and industry vocational college campus culture of school running characteristics are discussed.3. Select the Yunnan Province has the typical characteristics of the industry of higher vocational colleges as research samples, the colleges and universities of the two issue of aliquots of the questionnaire, to explore the current situation of Yunnan Higher Vocational Colleges industry campus culture and student identity from three dimensions:cognition, emotion and behavior, and also analysis the Yunnan Province Higher Vocational Colleges industry campus culture and student identity relationship between the various dimensions, and analyze the difference of demographic variables.4. Finally, according to the results of the questionnaire analysis and interviews, that at present Yunnan Province Higher Vocational Colleges industry campus culture and student identity, and in view of the problems existing in the current campus culture construction of colleges and universities, and puts forward the solving measures.Through the study found that:1. In the industry on the overall characteristics of campus culture students:industry campus culture in higher vocational colleges to improve identification in cognitive aspect, the students’ affective identification and behavioral at relatively high levels.2. Student identity on the relationship between the various dimensions:cognitive dimension and emotional dimension, as well as the emotional dimension and behavior dimension exists positive correlation, and behavior dimension and cognitive dimension there is negative correlation.3. On the analysis of various influencing factors:higher vocational college students for industry campus cultural identity in the gender, age, professional, school, there are significant differences on origin. Among boys in emotion and overall identity scores were higher than the girls; college students in the overall cultural identity, cognitive and emotional cultural identity scores higher than junior students, finally is the second largest student; science and engineering students in the overall cultural identity and emotional identity score than students in economics and finally the grammar class students; Kunming Industrial Vocational and technical college in the emotion and the overall cultural identity score is higher than that of Yunnan Vocational Institute of energy technology; score of rural students in the behavior of cultural identity is higher than in urban area.For students of Yunnan Province Higher Vocational College Industry of campus culture identity exists differences and problems, higher vocational colleges can be from the following five aspects and constantly improve the industry of construction of Campus Culture:first, in-depth the actual institution, to solve the problem of colleges and universities; second, introduce outstanding industry culture, shaping professional culture characteristic; the third absorb the essence of the culture industry, construction industry culture of professional quality cultivation system; fourth, establish mechanisms and security construction of campus culture.
