Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Campus Culture In Industry Colleges From The Perspective Of Students

The Party and the state attach great importance to the ideological and political education of college students.Relevant policy documents repeatedly emphasize the importance of campus culture,which not only emphasizes the ideological and political education effect of campus culture,but also emphasizes that colleges and universities should build campus culture with their own characteristics.As a special group in colleges and universities,the campus culture formed by industrial colleges and universities has distinctive industrial characteristics.Therefore,the construction of characteristic campus culture in industrial colleges is of great practical significance for enriching the content of campus culture and strengthening the characteristics of campus culture.At present,the research on campus culture construction is mostly based on the perspective of managers,and few scholars study campus culture construction from the perspective of students.From the perspective of students,this thesis can not only truly meet the needs of students,improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students to participate,but also enrich the theory of campus culture construction and school management theory.Firstly,this thesis reviews and analyzes the research of experts and scholars on the construction of industrial universities and campus culture,defines the core concepts of industrial universities,campus culture and characteristic campus culture,and further elaborates the theoretical basis of this thesis.Secondly,the characteristic campus culture of colleges and universities in various industries is analyzed,and the characteristic campus culture representation,generation mechanism and value function of colleges and universities in various industries are summarized.Then take N University as an example,through student interview,questionnaire survey and field observation,summarize and analyze the problems and restrictive factors in the construction of characteristic campus culture,and accordingly put forward the construction strategy of characteristic campus culture of industrial universities.The construction of campus culture is a historic task that every university must pay attention to.For universities with industrial characteristics,the effective development of the construction of campus culture with characteristics can not only enhance the school's popularity and core competitiveness,enhance the right to speak in the field of education,but also enrich the content of campus culture in universities.
