Teachers’ profession has its particularity compared with other professions, has many characteristics, such as professional, demonstration, teachers shoulder the responsibility to cultivate high-qualified talents for the country. Because the junior middle school students in the special period of physical and mental development, requiring more teachers with high professional ethics accomplishment. In recent years, our country in education at all levels strongly advocated "moral" as the fundamental task of education. Therefore, the teacher itself must first have good professional ethics, set an example and precept, can achieve "moral", is likely to make students adapt to The Times and social needs of high-quality talents. Yanji junior middle school teachers’ occupational ethics present situation and countermeasure research, to the diagnosis on the junior high school teachers’ professional ethics of Yanji city at present existing problems, and to improve the junior middle school teachers’ professional ethics construction of Yanji city has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.This study adopts questionnaire survey method, extraction of yanji 271 junior high school teachers as investigation object, and study the status quo of professional ethics of junior high school teachers, present situation and the influencing factors of junior middle school teachers’ professional ethics, and connecting with the interview survey method, this paper discusses the social factors, school factors, teachers’ influences on the junior high school teachers’.professional ethics development.The following conclusions:first,the present situation of junior middle school teachers’ professional ethics in better level, including patriotic law-abiding relatively best, love students, teaching level relative to a minimum. Junior high school teachers’ professional ethics status showed certain group characteristics, especially in gender, career stage, grade, the differences of position, but there was no significant difference in the nation. Second, the school factors on the effect of teachers’professional ethics is the largest.Teachers’factors on the impact of teachers’ professional ethics is minimal.According to the results this paper puts forward the countermeasures:School support.First, the school should adopt ethics case training, teachers and other forms of training, improve the level of teachers’ occupation moral; second, the school teachers, parents, students should construct multi subject teacher evaluation occupation moral system, to achieve effective monitoring of ethics; third, improve the school culture construction, give full play to the leading and guiding role on the construction of teachers’ethics.Social support aspects. First, the local educational administrative departments to establish teacher occupation morality specialized supervision mechanism, to provide organizational guarantee for school moral construction; second, local educational administrative departments should continue to promote the teachers’guidance school appraisal system, effective construction of teachers’morality evaluation incentive mechanism; third, the government should try to improve their social and economic status, effective to prevent the loss behavior of teachers.Considerations of their own efforts. First, teachers should adhere to the socialist core values, strengthen the awareness of teachers’ occupation moral; second, teachers should adhere to the study of moral knowledge, and constantly improve their own self-cultivation; third, teachers should actively learn from the moral model, teacher occupation morality will exercise.
