With the futher developmenp of education reform, teachers’professional ethics problem is increasingly attention. Because the teacher is not only the human culture disseminator, are the shapes of the soul. The particularty of teacher the profession puts forward highter requiements to teacher’s professional echics.And middle school teachers with world outlook, the outlook on life and values formation perion of youth, do and say, every move, teachers have a profound effect on them, therefore, improve teacher’s professional ethics education of teenagers it is of great significance.Paper first to the moral, the related research literature review of teachers’ professional ethics, and then through the methods of questionnaire and interview, the dongsheng zone existing in the junior middle school teachers’ professional ethics of teachers get rich quick, weak consciousness of teachers, lack of spirit of mutual aid, education scientific research ability is not strong, etc are studied, in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem:First, the principal must set up correct ethics guide. In the management of the school, should adopt the idea of virtue first, strengthen the routine management and the system of teacher’s ethics construction, pay more attention to the ethics of teacher evaluation, to improve teachers’ professional ethics cultivation.Second, we will improve the mechanism of school teacher’s ethics construction. School should begin from the ethics training, ethics evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism, ethics supervision mechanism and so on, forming a system and scientific system of ethics construction.Third, to strengthen the culture of teacher. Improve teachers’ own accomplishment, should be constantly purify the mind, the professional attitude, understand the intrinsic value of the teachers; Improve teachers’ own tutelage, cannot leave teacher’s continuous learning, improve professional level; Improve the culture of teacher, still need teachers learn to adjust their negative emotions, to prevent the generation of job burnout.Fourth, creating good social moral environment. Local governments should create the atmosphere of attaching importance, will intensify propaganda of "attaching importance", backbone, teacher give commendation and reward for this area, to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative, make teachers realize their own value. At the same time, the school also attaches great importance to the ethics cultural environment construction, the ethics cultural construction as the core of school culture construction, build ethics education atmosphere.
