Abstract/Summary:
Secondary vocational education is an important part of modern vocational education system, not only to meet the demand for skilled personnel training conditions to provide a guarantee, but also to improve their skills for providing a platform for high-end talent. It is also the hub of minors’ vocational education. Secondary education is the second stage of education that is equivalent to high school academic education. It is providing a various roles of skilled personnel in the development of social development, and becomes an important force to promote social and economic development and progress.In recent years, when the size of secondary vocational schools continues to expand, the investment in education funding is also increasing. However, the growth rate of the investment in education funding does not always match the expanding number of school enrollment. The development of secondary vocational education needs to ensure funding for education as a substance to improve the level of development is inseparable from schooling reasonable financial support. Therefore, research of the relationship between the level of development of secondary vocational education and education funding between achieving comprehensive level of secondary vocational education has become an important research topic. It is imperative to establish a scientific and sound system in secondary vocational education investment process.This article uses literature, comparative research methods, statistical analysis and other methods to study empirically the relationship between investment and the development level of secondary vocational school education funding empirical research, and combining with literature data 2004-2013. The current situation of funding is analyzed for education of secondary vocational schools which is using principal component analysis to of study the factors which is affecting the development level of secondary vocational in recent ten years. To obtain education funding and social economic infrastructure is the main component affecting the level of development of the school.Using the results of ‘vocational school development report’ to validate the two main factors affecting the development level of secondary vocational schools is investigated in this paper. The reasons, which the partial secondary vocational schools and educational funding is not coordinated, are analyzed. Finally, it is targeted to propose the promotion of secondary vocational education development suggestions. A theoretical reference is provided for the reformation of secondary vocational education investment with realizing the significance and value of this article.
