Based on the instructional design of complex systems theory is scientific research in complexity theory deepening and improvement of various disciplines to emerge after penetration. Since the 20 th century, the mid-80 s in the world set off a wave of scientific complexity, complex systems science research and application of the relevant disciplines has become the forefront of research and focus, so the complexity of the science, also known as the "21st Century Science. " Because of the educational system as a social system itself is a subsystem of the education system and therefore the complexity of the research and application have also been widespread concern of scholars, teaching system has the characteristics of complex systems has undoubtedly become a school Center complex systems research.Complex objective reality of the world need to "complex learning" and "complex teaching" to deal with the past, "simple teaching" has been unable to adapt to the information age culture with innovative spirit and resolve complex social demands of citizens the ability of authenticity, Similarly, only a simple linear teaching, students can’t cope with "complex learning" requires teachers must also be open to the emergence of non-linear features such as "complex teaching" transformation.Science education is the school teaching content directly to the objective world of complicated subjects, students must receive their training from the complexity of complex systems science literacy teaching and learning of complex science education in nurturing, learn to solve real problems context of knowledge and skills, creative citizen has a rich scientific literacy, while all this is inseparable feature of complex systems with teaching reform and innovation of design patterns, trends, and it is in this context, the present study science education instructional design based on complex systems theory started to explore the theory and practice.Read this article to learn at home and abroad a lot about the complex, aspects of complex systems, instructional design, system science, learning theory and other literature, analyzed and summarized in our current problems of science education, science education instructional design theory and practice facing problems, analyze the causes of the problem, is not proposed to help students discover and solve simple problems learning the true situation and the simple teaching ability, into a complex learning and teaching complex, will be introduced to the idea of complex systems theory teaching science education the design process, the initial construction of a complex self-organizing teaching cycle mode, which uses computer technology and network-assisted technical support for the model.
