| The learning of complex skills plays an important role in vocational education,because one of the goals for vocational education is to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability for vocational,which requires students to master complex,practical,and complex skills integrating knowledge,ability,and attitude.The learning outcome of these complex skills has an important impact on students’ employment and personal development,and the evaluation of the learning outcome of complex skills is an important part in the learning process of complex skills.The evaluation can not only help students find their questions,but also help teachers adjust teaching strategies.Only accurate and effective assessment can ensure accurate teaching and effective learning,so it is necessary to study on evaluating the learning outcome of complex skills further.First,by consulting,analyzing,and sorting out the relevant literature,and combining with the research results of higher vocational colleges,it is found that there are some problems in the current instruction for complex skills in the field of vocational education,such as unclear evaluation objectives,unclear evaluation contents,too laborious evaluation means,and process evaluation can not be carried out.Secondly,based on understanding the core concepts of complex skill learning,four-element instructional design model,and evaluation system,the paper proposes the theoretical framework of complex skills learning oriented to the learning process,constructs the design framework of complex skill evaluation oriented to the learning process and the model of complex skill evaluation oriented to the learning process,and designs and develops the framework based on the above framework and model a complex skill evaluation system for the learning process,including requirement analysis,system design,system development,and system deployment.Finally,taking "industrial robot trajectory" as the goal of learning skills in Shanghai vocational and technical school for example,taking,an 8-week control experiment was conducted between the experimental group(N=27)and the control group(N=27).The results show that experimental group is significantly higher than the control group in learning performance,and there is no significant difference in learning attitude,learning motivation,and cognitive load between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group is significantly higher than the control group in system perceived usefulness and system satisfaction,and there is no significant difference in system perceived ease of use between the two groups.In addition,comparing the data before and after the test,the control group is better the learning attitude and learning motivation of the experimental group were significantly improved,but the intrinsic learning motivation was not significantly improved.For the future research,it is necessary to pay attention to the mastery of students’ schema and knowledge rules,and continue to improve the system,increase literacy related assessment,to make the assessment of complex skills more comprehensive and perfect. |
