As a mature training method,core stability training is widely used in the training of competitive events,which plays an important role in improving the training performance.Because of their own physical reasons,cerebral palsy patients show weak body muscle control ability and poor body balance ability.Therefore,it is difficult for disabled athletes with cerebral palsy to make a breakthrough in body control ability and sports performance by only carrying out conventional training methods.Relevant research shows that core stability training is of great significance for athletes to complete all kinds of movements,muscle control and improve performance.The purpose of this study is to explore whether the core stability training is more effective in improving the body control ability and performance of cerebral palsy sprinters by using the functional training method of core stability training,which provides a new research path for better training of cerebral palsy sprinters.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,taking 8 sprinters with spastic cerebral palsy in Jinan disabled persons’ Federation track and field training team as the experimental objects,and carries out six weeks of core stability experimental intervention.The athletes of the whole training team are all new forces,with the same level.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the experiment,the experimental stage is selected in the whole training team for basic training stage,the experimental object is not aware of the experiment,and the whole training stage adopts closed training.The control group was trained with the conventional training plan,while the experimental group was trained with the same training plan as the control group at other times except the strength training three times a week according to the core stability plan.During the whole experiment,the scale was used for scoring three times,and the performance indicators were tested many times.The results are as follows:1)After six weeks of closed experimental intervention,it was found that the gross movement ability,balance ability,100 meter run and 200 meter run scores of the subjects in both the conventional training group and the conventional combined with core stability training group were significantly improved compared with the data before the experiment(P < 0.05).2)Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in gross motor ability and balance ability(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).3)The value-added analysis of the special performance before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was a very significant difference in the value-added data before and after the experiment between the two groups(P < 0.05 and < 0.01);From the value-added of the results before and after the experiment,the improvement effect of the experimental group’s 100 meter run and 200 meter run is more obvious.The conclusions are as follows:1)In this paper,the selection of core stability training methods for cerebral palsy sprinters is effective.The eight training methods of supine knee flexion,sit ups,back up,plate support,static side support,static hip bridge,static hand knee resistance group and elastic band rotation can be used as daily training methods for t36-t38 spastic cerebral palsy sprinters.2)Routine training can significantly improve the gross motor ability and balance ability of sprinters with spastic cerebral palsy,and the effect is significant;The combination of routine training and core stability training is more effective in improving the gross motor ability and balance ability of sprinters with spastic cerebral palsy than the single routine training.3)Single routine training and routine training combined with core stability training can improve the athletes’ performance of 100 meters and 200 meters;In the short term,the improvement of the performance of cerebral palsy sprinters by routine training combined with core stability training is greater,but the difference is not obvious,which may be related to the short experimental period.
