Women’s oppression and discrimination is accompanied by the establishment of a patriarchal society. In the long history of mankind, women have long been considered a male appendage. After the outbreak of the industrial revolution,workshops requires more labor forces. Factories are open to women, Women have a certain source of income, this provided the material basis of female independence. Natural rights, Freedom, Equality proposed by Enlightenment provide theoretical guidance for female independence.With the emergence and development of women’s liberation consciousness, they seek to liberate themselves in the family and society, breaking out feminist movements again and again. Socialist feminism development in the 1970 s, influenced by Marxism, based on historical materialism theory. Socialist feminist critique of capitalist society that in a capitalist society where women’s oppression and inequality is particularly prominent. It is the combination of capitalism and patriarchy that cause women’s oppression. Capitalist society, private ownership of property is the material roots of women’s oppression. Entering the socialist labor market is the main way of liberation of women.
