| The competition of innovative talents is fundamental to win the economic globalization. In the society of knowledge-based economy, it plays an important role in quality education reform and comprehensive national strength enhancement to cultivate innovative talents.As for junior school students, who are our country’s future masters and bear the mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,their innovative consciousness and innovative ability play a more vital part in the country’s core competitiveness. Therefore, we should pay full attention to the cultivation of the innovative talents and put forward some countermeasures which are beneficial to it.The method of analyzing this study is about that. Firstly,state the strengths and weakness of our junior school students education mode.Secondly,summarize the basic education model of cultivating creative personnel in some major western developed countries. Finally,based on the problems of junior high school education mode of talents cultivation orientation and connecting with the main western developed countries innovative talent training mode of basic education, to explore the main experience of innovative talent training named “Young eagle plan†in junior high school in Beijing and reveal the feasibility of countermeasures of innovation in junior high school education mode of innovative talents cultivation orientation. All in all, the present eduction situation will still continue. However, with the development of our social economy and large demand of innovative talents, the innovative talent training model of education in our country will be improved gradually and reform in junior school will be comprehensively implemented.This study mainly includes four parts:The first part is the introduction, which lays the foundation for the further research. It mainly introduces background and significance of the research, states the history and present situation innovative talents cultivation from home and abroad and clarifies the related core concepts.The second part is the strengths and weakness of junior school education mode in our country under the innovation horizon. On the basis of questionnaire and interview and in terms of the innovation consciousness, knowledge, innovation abilityand the innovation practice, the thesis analyzes the effect of junior school education mode in our country under the innovation horizon, so that we can have a comprehensive understanding of the cultivation and make an overall grasp of it.The third part is about the basic education mode of cultivating innotive talents in some major western developed countries. This research analyzes and summarizes the basic education mode in the United States, Japan and the UK mainly from four parts which are the concept, knowledge, innovative ability and exploration practice.The fourth part is to build feasible countermeasures about the education mode of cultivating innotive talents in junior school talents. By analyzing the current strengths and weakness showed in junior school education mode under the innovation horizon,referring the basic education mode in some major western developed countries, and summarizing the experience and insufficiency of innotive talents cultivition of junior education mode named“Young eagle plan†in Beijing, this thesis puts forward the countermeasures of innovating the education mode of innotive talents in terms of the training concept, innovation knowledge, innovative ability and innovation practice. |
