| Innovation is a great motive force to promote the social development of China, promote the building of an innovation oriented country, top-notch innovative personnel training is the key. The important reason why we have a hug distance in science and technology between our country and the developed countries is that we are lack of outstanding innovative talents. The undergraduate stage is an important stage for the growth of talent to train their talents innovation ability, spirit and habits. Therefore, it is very important for us to find out how do top-notch innovative talents grow up and what should we do to train the innovative talents.With the help of Excel statistical analysis software, basing on the history and current status of undergraduate top-notch innovative personnel training plan, contrasting the top-notch innovative personnel training plan of five high level universities, giving some questionnaaire to the talents of several "985"universities,this paper analyzes the objectives,content,process and external factors of the innovative personnel training.There are five outstanding issues of the undergraduate top-notch innovative personnel training:First, the concept of culture are quite outdated and can not meet the requirements of innovation and personnel training; Second,the training objectives is not suitable for the growth of the innovative talents; Third, the practical course is not enough for the curriculum; Fourth, the teaching methods can’t evoke the passion of creativity; Fifth,it is lack of external communication platform and the supervision and evaluation system.In view of the existing problems of current undergraduate top-notch innovative personnel training, combining with the empirical data,this paper try to find the way to solve the problems of the undergraduate of top-notch innovative personnel training. |
