The Research Of High Level Swimming Athletes Training Management In Colleges And Universities—Case Analysis Of Shanghai Jiaotong University

High level sports teams in China. The only way we can make our country colleges and universities sports level obtained the fast development, so as to match the world university sports. Objective of this method is to cultivate new type of all-round development of sports talent, but a large number of outstanding sports talents for China’s sports undertakings. Our country university high level sports team can have some university can represent the college students take part in the national games or on behalf of the state to participate in the World University Games; but the high level swimming athletes in universities and colleges in China in recent years of development and expansion, the high level swimming team in Colleges and universities learning and training contradiction more prominent,affecting the development of swimming sports talent. For most of our school won the gold medal in the National University Games athletes are sports team training to the student, and not really learning and training students in the school. A series of problems encountered in the development process of high level swimming athletes of every individual, need to improve and solve. Drawn from the investigation, study and training management in the form of high level swimming team in Colleges and universities is an important factor to restrict the development of high level athletes in Colleges and universities, is also widespread in other various colleges and universities. So the learning and training of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities is the primary problem to solve. This article through the literature material, questionnaire survey and statistics analysis method, learning and training of high level swimming team of Shanghai Jiao Tong University for study. Including the investigation on training, professional situation, studying the logistic management,the setting up of competition, and team organization, the selection of athletes, roll finishing etc.. In the high level swimming team in training, the training condition,training effect, nutritional recovery and so on. Results of training high level swimming athletes in this research but also on their learning.Through a series of questionnaire survey on their learning issues, through learning and athletes learning effect, conducts the research to the student’s knowledge ability of autonomous learning and culture course master degree etc:1、 Shanghai Jiaotong University high level athletes in class learning does not meet the requirements of modern competitive sports culture on the quality of sports talents,college students do not really aware of the importance of learning culture, learning interest is not high.2 、 Shanghai Jiaotong University Swimming high level athletes in training management, management is not very clear, the lack of strategic awareness of the long-term training programs and targeted, in the formulation of rules and regulations rarely consider the high level athletes is a special group.3 、 Shanghai Jiaotong University Swimming Athletes coaches guide do athletes training self-evaluation consciousness, in training grants for coaches are not put in place.4、Shanghai Jiaotong University of high level swimming athletes cultural learning,but many factors restrict the cultural learning of high level athletes, therefore also needs cultural learning mechanism to further improve the high level athletes.And put forward some suggestions: swimming team building high quality will have a complete set of training and competition system of rewards and punishments;based on the school’s superiority project vigorously development, implementation of incentive policies, introducing competition mechanism of coaches. Based on the training ability, make the appropriate management measures, establish the high level sports team model, make learning and training management of integration, in order to cultivate a large number of high-quality talent.
