Research On The Optimization Path Of The Management Of High-level Badminton Teams In Colleges And Universities In Hubei Province

In 2020,the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Young People,proposing to strengthen the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities to promote the sustainable development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction and Management of High-Level Sports Teams in ordinary institutions of higher Learning,pointing out that the construction of high-level sports teams in ordinary institutions of higher learning is an important practice for the national education system to cultivate outstanding competitive sports reserve talents through the integration of sports and education.Under the background of physical education integration,many universities in our country have established high-level badminton sports teams.For colleges and universities in Hubei province,the development of high-level badminton teams not only plays a role in cultivating and conveying professional badminton players,but also plays a role in winning honor for the school and enhancing its popularity through sports teams participating in competitions.In this paper,through the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,five colleges and universities in Hubei province with the qualification of recruiting high-level badminton sports teams were investigated and studied,to explore the main problems in the current management of high-level badminton sports teams in colleges and universities in Hubei province and give feasible suggestions.After the interview and exchange with relevant experts,the following conclusions are drawn: At present,it is difficult to balance the training and learning of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei Province,and the contradiction between learning and training is prominent;Sports teams have no full-time coaches,coaches on-the-job training frequency is less;Inadequate medical care for sports teams,lack of team doctors and special medical rehabilitation rooms;Sports teams allocate funds for the school,the source of funds is single;There are few opportunities for sports teams to participate,and there is no uniform standard for awarding competitions.The above factors have influenced the management of high-level badminton teams in colleges and universities in Hubei Province to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to explore a development road that is more beneficial to the management of the high-level badminton team in colleges and universities in Hubei province,which not only ADAPTS to the competitive sports system but also meets the needs of the integrated reform of sports education,this article combines the factors found in the above research to hinder the management of the sports team,and puts forward the following targeted optimization countermeasures: Reasonable arrangement of athletes training and learning time,effectively maintain the balance of learning and training;Recruit full-time coaches and physical trainers,improve the number of in-service training for coaches and the reward and punishment system;Recruitment of allied health personnel,equipped with the sports team’s exclusive medical rehabilitation room;Expand the funding channels of sports teams and absorb social funds;Increase the number of competitions,improve the competition system and formulate unified competition rewards.
