In the end of 20 th century, medical reforms advocate the integration of various subjects to study and practice based on the integrated courses. The integration of courses of different subjects is regarded as the symbol of medical education reform. In the beginning of this century, some medical school in the country explored courses integration in medical education, however there were few reports regarding theory and contributing factors of integrated learning. And the simple comparison of students with integrated and non-integrated learning cannot explain the effectiveness of integrated learning, therefore the construction of the evidences that integrated learning is much more effective over non-integrated learning is necessary, which would help establish the status of integrated learning in medical education and eventually evaluate the influence of students engaging in integrated learning on their medical practices and career development.In the context of changing medical model and deepening the reform of medical education, this project takes "outstanding doctor education program" carried out by the college as a breaking point when the class of outstanding medical education reform as the carrier.In order to undertake the comprehensive Medical Courses Integration research based on organ system, this study mainly employ research methods, such as recent literature reviews, survey, statistical data analysis and so on. It aims to, firstly, discuss theoretical basis and promoting factor of Medical Courses Integration based on organ system; secondly, explore implementation, aims, principles and processes of systemic integration teaching, and analyze teaching structure and contents, construction of the faculty team, quality controlling all links; thirdly, from the perspective of influential factor of systemic integration teaching effects, select univariate analysis of gender, region and scores of University Entrance Examination, and complete correlation analysis in terms of result of the systemic integration course and some related courses. Finally, it comes to preliminary conclusions of influential factor of effects of systemic integration teaching, then offers the constructive comments for carrying out Medical Courses Integration based on organ system.
