Objective Evaluating and comparing Educational Resourses between Xinjiang Medical University and some Higher Medical Education Institiutions on the basis of reference, creativity and characterizing, we can collocate educational resources reasonably, make clear the development goals and main focal points of work in the next 5 or 10 years, and thus provide the theoretical foundation for the development and reform in our university. Methodology dividing the data into two parts according to two differentmethods:First, divide the data according to different regions. (1) eastern universities ( Capital Medical University,Beijing Traditional Medical and pharmacy University, Shanghai Second Medical University, Shanghai Traditional Medical and pharmacy University ,Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing Medical University ,China Medical University). (2)western universities (Lanzhou Medical College, Qinghai Medical College, Ningxia Medical College, Xinjiang Medical University). Second, divide the data according the different levels: (1) Beijing Traditional Medical and Pharmacy University, Shanghai Second Medical University, China Medical University. (2) Capital Medical University, Shanghai Traditional Medical and Pharmacy University , Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing Traditional Medical University ,Lanzhou Medical College, Qinghai Medical College, Ningxia Medical College, Xinjiang Medical University ).We select horizontal comparative method, vertical comparative method, factor analysis method, pure comparative method, sampling method and analogy method, etc.. we Compare, study and analyze six Grade â…  targets ( including 29 Grade â…¡ targets, 12 Grade â…¡ targets of the schooling conditions by the national standard ) and find out the different levels, similarities and differences between Xinjiang Medical University and some other universities.Results The conditions of 29 Grade â…¡ Targets in the last 4 years are as follows:Comparion according to different regions: 17 Grade â…¡ Targets are lower than those in eastern universities, which include the ratio of faculty in the total staff, the staff ratio of the postgraduate degree holders, The doctoral bases, the average teaching and administrative housing of each student, the average dormitory for each student, the books in stock, the average amount of books of each student, the value of fixed assets and theaverage value of fixed assets for each student, the teaching facilities and the average teaching facilities for each student, the average education expenses for each student, the educational expenses within budger, the number of the scientific research projects, the awards at the of national level in scientific research, the scientific research funding, etc. 7 Grade â…¡ Targets are higher than those in eastern universities, which include the number of the master bases , the curricula collocation for both 4-year students and 3-year students, the average area of each student, the ratio of minority people in the staff, the ratio of minority people in the faculty, the ratio of minority students in the university, etc.. 5 Grade â…¡ Targets are fluctuating , which include the ratio of students and teachers, the ratio of senior members position in the faculty, the ratio of newly-added instruments in the total instruments, the number of master supervisors, the number of published essays, etc.Xinjiang Medical University's 7 Grade â…¡ targets are lower than those of western universities ,but 17 Grade â…¡ targets are higher and 5 Grade â…¡ targets are influctuation.Compare according to the different level: 17 Grade â…¡ Targets are lower than those in '211' Universities, which include the ratio of the postgraduate degree holders.
