Analysis found that liaoning province athletics swimming back-up talents is insufficient, the training environment is generally not ideal, less funding channels, cultivating system needs to be further perfect, backward management system; There are regional difference of the development of athletic swimming in our province, shenyang, dalian and liaoyang are the relatively good development city, but the overall level of our backup talents have a big gap with national level; The overall businessis ability of athletics swimming coaches in our province is low, the lack of job training opportunities. The recommendations are: To strengthen the professional training of swimming coaches. In the cultivation of backup talents,it should perfectly put the competitive sports and education together, attaches great importance to the cultural level of athletes, the specialized theory knowledge and the rising of humanistic quality of the individual, such ability can ensure the continued healthy development of competitive sports reserve talented person. It should increase funded swimming back-up personnel training, establish a special fund to guarantee the full play of the advantages of swimming events. Put school as the carrier of reserve personnel training, extend the swimming back-up talent team. Vigorously promote the swimming sports, let more young children participate in the swimming sports.
