Physical education is an important part in rural areas, but also it is infrastructure sector of country sports, its development directly affects the quality of school education in rural areas, but also influences the development of rural sports, even for the full development of sports in our country.With the proposal of the transformation mode of education, the development of sports,an important topic of the transformation of the mode about development of rural school physical education is become a problem urgent to solve.This article takes the development mode as the breakthrough point, combined with the mode of education, sports development and transformation of the existing theoretical research results, the development of the current situation in rural areas of Linze County Gansu Province are studied, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The study aims to promote the rural areas of Linze Gansu province primary school sports and help it develop quickly, so that to improve the rural school sports development level in Gansu Province, and promote the quality of school education in Gansu Province.The study takes Linze county The eighth elementary school physical education as the research object,This paper mainly uses the method of document,field observation method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics,expert interviews and other research methods.First of all,summary and reflection the successful historical experiences of rural school physical education in linze Gansu province.Secondly,to investigation and analysis the development goals,developments Subject,development path,the evelopment of standards and the present specification.Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the existing problems in the development of the rural primary school sports in linze Gansu province.According to the research in linze, we found that the current primary school sports development mainly has these following problems:1.development goals and positioning is not clear and different kind of sports idea coexist.2.The development of subject’s cognition is biased and The relationship between the adjustment is not enough.3.Physical education teaching is not very standardized,extracurricular sports activities become a mere formality. 4.The lack of effective evaluation system loss Lead to slow development.Finally, combined with the transformation of the mode of education, the development of sports, especially the existing theory of transformation of school physical education development mode, and the problem of the development of primary school sports in Linze Gansu Province, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures as follows:1 Adhere to the school sports guiding ideology in China, a clear development goals of school physical education.2 To establish linkage mechanism of the politics, society, school, teacher, student so that to make it play the main force.3 Interpretation of the development of school physical education inner workings and realize the optimization and combination of the elements.4Choose a development path and promoting the development of rural primary school physical education.5To formulate the standards of school sports development and provide feedback mechanism.6 To Improve the development of norms and the formation of the system, guarantee the school physical education working well.
