School physical education is an important link in school education.It is an important way to cultivate and improve students physical quality.Middle school students are in the important period of growth and development,so strengthening the middle school physical education can effectively improve their physical quality.With the development of quality education and the implementation of the new curriculum reform,school physical education has not only become an important part of quality education,but also an important means.In recent years,school physical education has developed a lot,but due to the regional differences,the development of school physical education has a serious imbalance.Especially in the poor rural mountain areas,the situation of the development of sports is not optimistic,and compared with the requirements of modern school physical education,there is a big gap.And China is a large agricultural country,with the agricultural population as the main,rural school education,which plays an important role in quality education,has an powerful guarantee for improving the quality of rural population.Pingshan county is located in the w eastern part of Hebei province,the eastern foot of the Taihang mountains,the upper reaches of the Hutuo river.The topography of Pingshan includes five sub-categories—plains,hills,low mountains,middle height mountains,sub alpine.Its altitude varies from 111 meters to 2281 meters.Because of its geographical location and resources and the lack of resources,the economic development of my county is slow,and is listed as the poverty county of the national poverty alleviation and development.Pingshan county covers an area of 2648 square kilometers,12 towns and 11 townships,so the distribution of rural secondary schools is relatively scattered and students are mainly residential.Trough the investigation of the primary middle school physical education in Pingshan county,this thesis analyzes some problems existing in the physical education in the primary middle school in Pingshan county,and discusses the methods to solve these problems,and provides some references for the relevant departments and schools to improve the level of physical education in the rural middle school.This thesis takes Pingshan rural primary middle school as the research object.Through investigation and analysis,it finds problems and proposes solutions.This thesis is mainly from the following aspects : school basic situation investigation,teachers survey,teaching situation,students awareness of physical education,extra-curricular activities,after-school sports training,sports venues,equipment funding situation,the impact of the development of school sports.This thesis uses the literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,and so on.By investigating and analyzing the status of all middle schools in 12 towns of Pingshan county,draw the following conclusions:1,the sports management system is acceptable but lacks normalization.2,school physical teaching belongs to the shepherd type.3,the teachers are relatively young,but less experienced.4,there are less after-school activities,and basically the school does not hold sports meetings.5,venues,equipment,and the shortage of funds.
