Competition in today’s world is ultimately the talent competition, so the state is simply thriving training, and training of personnel, education is the foundation. At present, China is a very important vocational colleges of higher education institutions in the mission more for enterprises to train front-line positions capable of high-quality talent, and to better meet the needs of enterprises, it is necessary to pay attention to institutions of higher learning combined with education and market, pay attention to the introduction of the concept of marketing in higher vocational colleges to establish and perfect the mechanism applied talents training, thus achieving students improve the quality of education. Vocational education institutions, we must change the past, books and exam-oriented education model, to establish a market concept, promoting vocational colleges to achieve sustainable development and long-term development. At present, our country many vocational colleges have reduced the pace of enrollment, partly because by the impact of national policies, lack of students supply constraints to further expand the size of the university, but also because of blind enrollment for the efficient cause excessive expansion of the scale the introduction of restrictive policies. The introduction of a series of national policies inhibit efficient blind enrollment behavior, so the issue has become a major problem students numerous vocational colleges to achieve development goals. To snatch students have launched a fierce competition between many schools, in the propaganda playing word games. But how real our vocational colleges from the competition to win, how to solve the fundamental problem is the long-term development of students vocational colleges must be solved. To compete in the market, to get more students, the most fundamental is the need to improve the quality of teaching in higherHigher vocational colleges, the author of this paper the problems existing in the recruitment of students propaganda, analysis object and demand of higher vocational college admissions propaganda, put forward the corresponding improvement strategy, higher vocational colleges in order to better carry out the recruitment of students work, promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges play a role.
