| With the development of the society, China has already entered the phase ofpopularization in higher education. On the one hand, the employment situation of collegeand university students is increasingly grim because of the explosion in output fromChinese colleges and universities. On the other hand, with the continuous reduction ofstudents and the growing competition among colleges and universities, many colleges anduniversities face difficulties in enrolling students. The Higher Vocational Collegesenrollment and employment situation is not optimistic, Because our country’s highereducation started late, the quality of students is low, the overall teaching level is not high, thecharacteristics of talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education is not enough, andthe social cognitive deviation existed, etc. Therefore, Based on the marketing theory, thepaper takes HD Vocational Technology College where the author work as a research objectand studies the enrollment and employment in higher vocational colleges. First, this paperintroduces the related marketing theory. Second, the paper does an analysis to the macroenvironment, the profession environment and the enrollment and employment environmentof HD Vocational Technology College. Third, Application of modern management SWOTanalysis, the paper analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in thecompetition that HD Vocational Technology College faces. Through the analysis of STP thepaper puts forward seven suggestions to improve the enrollment and employment. Finally,the paper suggests the guarantee measures for HD Vocational Technology College’simplementing the marketing strategies. |
